Battle between good and evil

This is a good article, but why do we have so much corruption and how do we reduce it? One thought is that corruption comes about because the majority of Chinese always put themselves first. But whatever the reason, there is only one way to tackle it in the long term. That is to teach children at school and at home from an early age that corruption is evil and against the people.
