SOE profits soar in Jan
State-owned enterprises (SOE) controlled by the central government reported profits of 74.3 billion yuan in January, an increase of 49.6 billion yuan from the same month a year ago, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission said in a statement yesterday.
