Bogus top cop appeals sex fraud conviction

A security guard, who was convicted of fraud after he tricked women into having sex with him by posing as the head of a police bureau, is appealing his sentence.
The appeal will be heard soon at Beijing No 1 Intermediate Court.
Pei Wensheng, 40, from Liaoning province, was working as a security guard at a company in Haidian district at the time of the offence.
