Bad-loan ratio soars
China's mortgage bad-loan ratio will almost triple to 1.18 percent with a 10 percent decline in home prices, the China Banking Regulatory Commission's Shanghai branch said in a statement, citing results from a so-called stress test based on data as of Sept 30.
