Teens caught with drugs

Up to 40 teens were caught red-handed for using drugs at a birthday party they held last Friday at a remote recreation place in Lechang, with more than half of them either detained or fined for testing positive for ketamine, also known as "K powder".

Acting on a tip-off, the police dashed into a room where the boys and girls reveled in crazy dancing under the influence of alcohol and ketamine.
