300 lewd SMSs 'allowed'

Mobile phone users who send more than 300 obscene messages, junk messages or try to sell illegal receipts, might have their phone numbers banned in Guangdong, said an official of the Guangdong Provincial Communication Association, information portal sina.com.cn reported Sunday.

Gu Weizhong, managing director of the association, said that cell phone users do not need to worry about their numbers being suspended for sending a message containing just one dirty joke.
