Scalping agency busted

Railway police in the south China province have detained two people for scalping "real-name" train tickets, the first such arrests since the launch of a plan to sell tickets with the travelers' real name on them, Yao Mai, director of Guangzhou railway police, said yesterday.

The pilot project was launched on Jan 21 to prevent ticket hoarding by scalpers during the upcoming Chinese Lunar New Year peak travel season.
