Hu ends quake trip
President Hu Jintao yesterday finished his three-day visit to earthquake-hit regions in northwest China's Shaanxi province. Hu gave New Year's wishes to villagers in Ningqiang county of Hanzhong, who had moved to new homes after their houses were torn down by the 8.0 magnitude earthquake in 2008.
He also visited some automobile factories, scientific research institutes and telecommunication companies in Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi.
