Discover Italian cuisine

Daccapo at The Regent Beijing is doing a promotion of foods from Trentino Alto Adige this month. The cuisine of this northern most Italian region has a German influence and features a number of ingredients, spices and combinations not used in other regions of Italy. The basic element is "polenta", an Italian version of corn bread, prepared and enriched with a variety of condiments.
