Efficient use of language program

Some schools in the US are offering Chinese language classes, thanks to teachers from China. The program is an excellent idea that will help American students understand the Chinese culture and people.

But the program is small, sending only 325 teachers. The size of the team makes it necessary to be very effective. A New York Times report says one of the schools that took a teacher from China is located in Massillon, Ohio, a small city of 30,000 in the middle of the US.
