Provincial positions filled
Three high-ranking positions in south China's Hainan province had been filled, Haikou Evening News reported yesterday.
Tan Li, formal chief of the provincial publicity department, was appointed deputy governor of the province at the 13th Session of the Standing Committee of the 4th Provincial People's Congress.
