Arsonist in police custody
A man who set fire to three houses in Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province, on Wednesday was arrested, local police said.
Wang Jianguo, 25, a scavenger who had been caught by police in August last year, claimed responsibility for more than 70 acts of arson from March 2005 to August 2009, in which two people were killed.
