Women will box at Asiad

Women's boxing will be added in the 16th edition of the Asian Games to be held in Guangzhou, organizers said yesterday.

Organizers also said as many as 476 small sporting events, including some traditional Asian sports such as kabbadi, dragon boat racing and Chinese chess, have been approved by the Olympic Council of Asia to be included in the Games, scheduled to open on November 12 this year.
