Mom wants daughter back
A 20-year-old single mother filed for custody of her daughter who was allegedly taken away by her ex-boyfriend in Zhenhai district of Ningbo city, Zhejiang province, the China News Service reported on its website. The woman, surnamed Xia, met her ex-boyfriend surnamed Li five years ago, and they soon started cohabiting. Their relationship became unstable after Xia gave birth to two daughters in 2006 and 2008. Xia moved out with the younger daughter in July last year. On Nov 30, Li reportedly asked Xia out and took the younger daughter away by force. After a futile attempt to find her daughter, Xia went to court.
The case is on trial.
