Yanukovich heads to runoff
Ukrainian opposition leader Viktor Yanukovich has 35 percent of the vote in Sunday's election while Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has 25 with 95 percent of the vote counted, the Central Election Commission said.
The two will face each other in a run-off vote on Feb 7.
