Preventive medical care

China has established a nationwide network of more than 110 preventive medical care institutions featuring traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) remedies, said top TCM official Wang Guoqiang at the third TCM preventive care summit held in Beijing over the weekend.

The preventive health care aims to fine tune people's health condition and avert major health risks thus help control rapidly rising medical costs of the country, according to Wang.
