New mayor for Dalian
Li Wancai, 55, was elected Mayor of Dalian on Saturday at the third session of the 14th Dalian People's Congress.
Li was appointed acting mayor of the city last May, when his predecessor Xia Deren became Party secretary for this port city of Liaoning province.
