Officer lacked experience
Police bureau in Anshun city said Zhang Lei, the police officer who allegedly shot dead two villagers for self-protection last Tuesday, lacked experience and mishandled the situation.
The bureau said Zhang was under attack by villagers but whether the situation was so pressing that Zhang needed to shoot the villagers needs further investigation.
