Assets grow
China's national pension fund managed assets worth 776.5 billion yuan at the end of 2009, up 38 percent from the end of the previous year, the National Council for Social Security Fund said. The pension fund's assets grew 28 percent in 2008 to 562.5 billion yuan from 439.7 billion yuan in 2007.
