Internet users hit 384 million

China's Internet users hit 384 million by the end of 2009 due to the expansion of Internet access in more areas and a rapid increase of mobile phone Internet users, according to the latest report by China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC).
The number registered a 28.9 percent jump since the end of 2008.
Mobile Internet users increased by 120 million to reach a total of 233 million.
