The legal fight against the subway's single newspaper "monopoly"
plan has begun with a letter of complaint to a government agency by an angry Beijing lawyer.
Zhang Tao, 31, is Beijing's first lawyer to complain about the banning of newspaper kiosks underground. He wrote it is "monopolistic" and a "regulation offence".
