Street market buffet

Grand Caf at Grand Hyatt Beijing launches a new buffet featuring the "street market" concept, besides the "normal" buffet. The street market offers mainly appetizers, accompanied by spices, preserved vegetables and condiments. The new buffet has such fresh and seasonal items such as country-style Japanese entrees, seafood, regional Chinese food and abundant Mediterranean specialties, as well as European desserts.
