Explanations needed for the Tort Law

Comment on "China's top legislature adopts tort law" (Dec 27, 2009, China Daily)

I am glad to hear the approval of the Tort Law. First, the law clarified some crucial points, such as the equality of different people. Second, the law is aimed to protect the disadvantaged.

However, I still have some worries about the law. I think infringements occur in various circumstances. But this law is just for urgent cases that people care about the most. I think the content of the law should be updated in the future.
