SEOUL: The president of the Republic of Korea (ROK) proposed a humanitarian project with neighboring Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) yesterday under which the two states would cooperate in repatriating the remains of tens of thousands of soldiers killed during the 1950-53 Korean War.
