November exports rise

Vehicle exports from China rose by 13.43 percent to 40,600 units in November from a year ago, bucking the downward trend that began in August, according to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.

Overseas shipments were also up 11.87 percent over October, but the value of the country's vehicle exports in the first 11 months of 2009 still plunged by almost 30 percent year-on-year to $32.7 billion due to the global financial crisis.
