City administrator held

A city administrator in Dongfang, a costal city in Hainan province, was arrested on charges of robbery on Saturday, Hainan Special Zone News reported yesterday. The alleged suspect, surnamed Wang, was caught by policemen near the place where the offence was committed. Wang told the police his father's taunts about him being 'useless' made him commit the crime, the report said.
