Chongwen district launches plan to rebuild forgotten huiguan culture
Traditional Chinese meeting halls, or huiguan, in Beijing's Qianmen area are going to be restored to highlight a period of prosperous history.
The plan was announced in the Fourth session of the 13th Chongwen Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on Sunday.
