Minmetals stake buy
Metals trader China Minmetals Corp is acquiring a 51 percent stake in Hunan Nonferrous Metals Holding Group, the State-owned parent of Hunan Nonferrous Metal Corp Ltd, the company said in a statement posted on the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's website.
