New disciplinary chief
Hong Qiang, a 56-year-old official, was appointed head of the provincial discipline inspection committee of Jiangsu and is one of the youngest among her peers. Hong was previously chief of the provincial organization department. There were three women holding the office of provincial anti-corruption chief prior to Hong's appointment.
