Criminals found killing mentally disabled, claiming compensation
In the 2003 movie Blind Shaft, two criminals cajole migrant workers into getting jobs in mines and then kill them to claim compensation.
It may be fiction, but the storyline is not far from the reality of a case uncovered in Hubei province.
