He spends 6,000 yuan a month on food for pigeons
A resident of Dalian, Liaoning province, is having a hard time feeding some 600 pigeons, saying food for the birds costs him a whopping 6,000 yuan ($879) a month.
Liu Fujun has fed the pigeons that gather at the city's picturesque Zhongshan Square, hoping to grab a bite, for years.
