Guards detained for stealing residents' cycles

Police in Pinguo county, the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, detained three security guards of a residential complex who allegedly stole a number of cycles from the compound.

After receiving several complaints of missing cycles, the police went through the surveillance videos installed in the residential compound, and nailed the three guards.
