Former official detained
Former deputy director of Shanghai Public Security Bureau, Zhu Ying, has been put into custody for his role in the financing scandal of electronics tycoon Huang Guangyu, the Economic Observer reported yesterday. Huang, once the country's richest man and the owner of Gome Appliance, was taken into custody earlier this year for insider trading.
