Work time decreases

Some public servants in Ningbo would work less time every day as of Dec 21 in an effort by local government to help the city's congested traffic problems, information portal zjol.com.cn reported yesterday.

In a notice issued by Ningbo's Party committee and people's government, the work time of officials in municipal offices will be 9 am to noon and 2 pm to 5:30 pm, which totals 6.5 hours a day.
