Raise the blue lantern
After completing construction on its exterior last week, the Taiwan pavilion is ready to start decorating.
Less than four months after the structure's ground-breaking ceremony in August, the final beam was installed to the outer layer of the 1,000-sq-m structure on Dec 10.
