Trapped cries for help
Rescuers said yesterday they heard cries for help from a blocked mine shaft where five miners have been trapped since noon on Wednesday.
Rescue efforts at the Manaoshan Mine in Chenzhou city will continue as long as the trapped miners have a chance of survival, a work safety official said.
