Fraud suspect arrested
A foreigner, who cheated almost 2 million yuan out of a Hebei mine company, was arrested by Chaoyang police on Tuesday, the police said in a press release yesterday.
The man, identified only as Laurence, told the mine company he could invite famous singers like Jolin Tsai and Chyi Chin to their celebration party.
