Wheelchair-bound drug dealer gets life in prison
A court in Dalian, Liaoning province, sentenced a wheelchair-bound defendant to life in prison for trafficking drugs last week.
The man had injured his legs when he jumped out of his fifth-story apartment to avoid arrest during a police raid in April.
