New pricing guidelines for airport

Travelers who buy products at Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) can now get a refund in 30 days instead of seven days.

But customers can only get a refund for items purchased in the international departure zone when they or a relative enter the zone a second time with a valid boarding pass.

Li Shunbo, airport spokesman said the BCIA would also respond to complaints about quality and service within five days.
