Arms plane impounded
Five crew members of a plane impounded in Bangkok on Saturday will be charged, Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said yesterday. The plane, which was found loaded with about 35 tons of weapons including missiles and rocket-propelled grenades, was impounded as it landed for refueling.
