Take off to KL

Kathleen Tan, AirAsia's China marketing chief, said Tianjin-Kuala Lumpur flights will resume on Feb 1 by securing a better take-off time at 2 pm, replacing the previous 8 am flight.
Tianjin is a strategic point for the world's most vibrant low-budget airline to penetrate the Beijing market and lure more passengers from North China.
An 8 am takeoff time meant a low seat rate of around 40-50 percent and the low-cost carrier was unable to sustain flights of the costly airbus A340. Therefore, the Tianjin-KL route was suspended on Nov 23, after its maiden flight on April 2.
