Couple receives 'ice' via express mail, held
Police in Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi province, arrested a couple who received methamphetamine, commonly known as ice, via express mail service on Tuesday.
Jiang, 36, and his wife Ran, 24, natives of Heilongjiang province, run a garment factory in Xi'an.
