Sinopec plans new refinery
Sinopec may build a 240,000-barrel-a-day refinery in Shanghai to meet rising fuel demand along the eastern coast, Bloomberg reported, citing a company official.
Sinopec Gaoqiao Petrochemical Corp is conducting initial design work for the plant and the company aims to receive State approval for the project in 2011, the report said.
