Water supplies cut
A pipeline leak has cut water supplies to thousands of families in the northeast city of Changchun, local authorities said on Wednesday.
The leak occurred at 10 am on Tuesday, and about a fifth of the city's residents had their water cut off since 8 pm on Tuesday when workers began fixing the broken pipeline.
