Billionaire's building blocked
Haidian district urban administration officers stopped the construction of illegal rennovations at a villa owned by billionaire Sun Yingui on Wednesday and confiscated some construction tools, the Beijing News reported yesterday.
The officials showed a court order and told the workers to stop construction.
