Drunken driver trial begins
A motorist in northeast China pleaded guilty on Thursday to killing two people and injuring 23 while driving under the influence of alcohol.
Zhang Xijun, 50, also admitted to charges of driving without a license and endangering public safety when he appeared at the Intermediate People's Court of Jixi, in Heilongjiang province.
