Updated: 2009-11-30 07:40 Seven dead in killing spree A man suspected of murdering six villagers and injuring another committed suicide in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Saturday. The body of the suspect, 46-year-old Wen Tieshuan, was found in a cave in a mountainous area about 10 am on Saturday. There was an empty pesticide bottle beside the body, a local police spokesman said. Six villagers were found dead on Thursday night in the Lijiaershihao village in Qingshuihe county, the spokesman said. (China Daily 11/30/2009 page3) |
