Fireworks blast kills three

Three people were confirmed dead and four others injured after an explosion at a fireworks factory on Saturday afternoon in Jiangsu province, local work safety authorities said yesterday.

The incident happened at about 2:10 pm at the fireworks factory in Gaozuo town, Jianhu county.
