Bear mauler wanted

The city of Stavropol announced this week that a reward of $7,450 would be offered for any information leading to the capture of the killer of an endangered 2-year-old brown bear.

The little male bear was found shot dead with his front legs cut off in the Rhodopi mountain range. "The person responsible for this act, according to the first data, seems to suffer from a severe psychological disorder, and must be mentally deranged and a danger to our community," said an official notice.
