Property prices to rise

Beijing Economic Information Center predicted in a report property prices in Beijing will continue to increase, but the trend will be marked with peaks and troughs next year.

The Mirror Evening News quoted the center as saying that sales will drop at the beginning of the year and then pick up later. The overall trend will be an increase, it said.
